Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $5.99. Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $14.99. FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to spread the Gospel through fashion. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or using the carrier's website directly.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Jesus Won Fashion purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your item. Contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
